Profhilo®

Profhilo is made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring sugar chain molecule found in skin and throughout the body.  

The first of its kind, Profhilo® is a revolutionary ‘beneath the skin’ hyaluronic acid moisturising treatment, made with the patented NAHYCO® technology. Immediately after treatment, it is likely there will be some small red raised weals in the treated area. This is a normal result of the injections. These symptoms are temporary and generally disappear within a few days- in most cases there is nothing to see after just a few hours though you may be able to feel the injection sites as small bumps. This is normal. 
Preferably DON’T TOUCH THE AREA AT ALL FOR A FEW HOURS! BUT….Mineral make-up may be applied immediately and other makeup after 6 hours. Until the initial swelling and redness have resolved, do not expose the treated area to intense heat (e.g. sunbeds, saunas, steamrooms, sunbathing) or extreme cold. Avoid alcohol.

A small amount of Arnica Gel may be applied to any bruises up to 4 times daily.
Antihistamines may be taken to reduce any swelling. 

Remember that Profhilo takes several weeks to have a an effect as it’s main role is the bio-stimulation of your own collagen, thus giving a nice natural, youthful appearance.
